Get ready for a historical weekend celebration of the Bboy Summit: The Mission 30th Anniversary, brought to you by No Easy Props! For the past three decades, we aimed to bring you pioneering artists from all elements of Hip-Hop, celebrating our amazing, multigenerational, and multiethnic community–this year is no different.

The Bboy Summit is the trailblazing three-day Hip-Hop festival held annually in Los Angeles. Established in 1994, it’s the longest-running Hip-Hop event in the nation. Legendary, iconic, and always fresh, the Summit has set the global standard for Hip-Hop events by bringing together the fullness of the culture through dynamic breaking battle concepts, stellar rap performances, top graffiti masters, and world-class DJs, all creating the unique vibe of the Bboy Summit. The Summit promotes Hip-Hop core values, including “each one teach one,” through educational panels and workshops by acclaimed artists. Produced by No Easy Props, the Summit strives to steward the Hip-Hop community, with its motto central to our existence.

Pico Santa Monica Farmer’s Market

We Live in Painting: The Nature of Color in Mesoamerican Art

Mesoamerican artists held a cosmic responsibility: as they adorned the surfaces of buildings, clay vessels, textiles, bark-paper pages, and sculptures with color, they (quite literally) made the world.
