This non-crisis emotional support hotline addresses unique challenges such as cultural stigma around mental health, generational gaps, and stress from living in a multicultural environment. Staffed by trained volunteers and professionals fluent in both English and Korean, the Warm Line aims to bridge cultural understanding and offer empathetic listening for those dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, or other mental health concerns. TEAM TAIKO JAPANESE DRUM LESSONS
Taiko is a drumming practice originating from Japan that has become a global phenomenon over the last several decades. World-renowned taiko artist ManMan Mui teaches drumming patterns over 8-week sessions. Lessons include developing rhythm, body awareness, and technique as students make music together as a team.
