Our November Drop-In Workshops for Families are inspired by the film Coco (2017), and Día de los Muertos. Alebrijes are brightly colored creatures with animal features from Mexican folklore. They are a part of the November holiday Dia de los Muertos and we see alebrijes featured in the Disney animated film, Coco. Families will learn about the significance of alebrijes and create their own vibrant creatures together. All are welcome to join these public drop-in-style gallery conversations.
