Started over 50 years ago, the Kinsey’s have been on a journey of collecting fine art and primary source historical objects that document the African American experience and illuminate the untold stories of Black Excellence throughout U.S. history. The exhibition focuses on the lives, accomplishments, and brilliance of African Americans from the 16th century through the years of slavery and emancipation to the civil rights movement and modern-day.

In her first solo museum exhibition in the US, We Are Extraterrestrial, Alice Wang showcases recent prints, glass sculptures, newly commissioned ceramic sculptures, film, and an artist’s book that reflect the artist’s deep curiosity for the space between the real and the imaginary. CELEBRATING AAPI LATINX: FIBER COLLAGE WITH DIANE WILLIAMS
Delve into cultural exploration and artistic expression in this workshop, hosted by MOLAA and led by Filipinx artist Diane Williams, celebrating AAPI and Latinx cultures. This inclusive workshop encourages participants to bring a fabric of cultural significance, enabling them to weave personal narratives into their creations.
