The City of Los Angeles Board of Public Works and the Bureau of Contract Administration cordially invite you to the 8th annual BuildWith event in collaboration with Mayor Karen Bass, the Office of Budget and Innovation, and the Office of Economic Development. Our theme for this year is “Keeping the City Moving” with a focus on the construction and transportation industries. The two-part, virtual BuildWith 2024 event will provide the opportunity for diverse construction-related businesses to learn about City and Los Angeles metropolitan-area projects, and receive valuable business resources and information. First register for the virtual Webinar, then apply for one of the limited Prime Contractor Matchmaking Rooms and Subcontractor Matchmaking spots.
 
Applying does not guarantee the applicant a matchmaking Zoom room. Register by February 23, 2024, to participate. Applicants must have a Zoom account.
 
Apply to be a Subcontractor: Complete the BuildWith 2024 Matchmaking Spot Application. Deadline to be considered for a free matchmaking room with matched subcontractors is no later than 5:00 p.m., February 13, 2024. Applications are subject to approval. Matchmaking spots are not guaranteed. Apply online: accessingla.com.
 
Apply to be a Prime: Complete the Prime: BuildWith 2024 Matchmaking Table Application. Deadline to be considered is no later than February 9, 2024, or when capacity has been reached, whichever comes first. Applications are subject to approval. Consideration will be given to the subcontractor NAICS codes requested, as well as application response time and availability of meeting sessions. Your firm will be notified by email of your application status before February 16, 2024. Number of Matchmaking tables are limited. A submitted application does not guarantee approval or availability.
