The 42nd Lotus Festival will celebrate the people and culture of Asia and the Pacific Islands. The lotus is a significant and storied flower in many parts of the world, and the Lotus Festival at Echo Park Lake has spent over four decades honoring several heritages through dance, music, and other activities, all as the local lotuses reach their perfect peak bloom. As always, there will be live cultural dances and entertainment, artisans, boutiques, community booths, a food court, dragon boat races, a children’s area, and an eco-friendly
area. The 2023 host country will be Indonesia.
