This exhibit celebrates the beauty, creativity, and resourcefulness found in the barrio through artwork that explores identity, healing, spirituality, and the often-overlooked labor of these urban communities. The nine artists in the exhibition experiment with everyday materials and imagery from Chicano/a/x and Latine culture in ways that prompt the viewer to ask, what if?
