Benita Bike’s DanceArt kicks off its 43rd year of dance performance with a unique event at Los Angeles Mission College’s beautiful AMP Theatre on Thursday, November 9, 7:00 pm. This program is FREE and is supported by LA Mission College’s AGS Honor Society, its Department of Arts, Media & Performance, and the City of Los Angeles’ Department of Cultural Affairs. Join members of the community, students and faculty for this unique dance event, where you’ll enjoy beautiful dancing and learn more about dance. The November 9th performance features: “Griot Songs,” “Aspects of Me,” and “For Rose.”

Storybook Theatre’s joyful Cinderella is a funny version specifically created to appeal to young children and the whole family.  Complete with a loopy Fairy Godmother and puppets as the stepsisters, kids get the chance to dance with the Prince, try on the glass slipper, and join in the fun.
