Sinergia Theater Group and Frida Kahlo Theater present the Theater of Dreams. Produced by Jose Armando Rodriguez and Victor de Dios the classic myth of La Llorona revives in present day Los Angeles. This play begins on November 3rd and will be performed through November 5th.

We Live in Painting: The Nature of Color in Mesoamerican Art

Mesoamerican artists held a cosmic responsibility: as they adorned the surfaces of buildings, clay vessels, textiles, bark-paper pages, and sculptures with color, they (quite literally) made the world.
