Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitlán, founded in 1897 and known as the world's best mariachi, returns for El Grito, the first Mexican civic celebration at The Soraya. The ensemble has collaborated with musical icons including Linda Ronstadt, Juan Gabriel, and Luis Miguel.
