For our fifth offering, we are partnering with WeHo Pride to cultivate an evening of live music centering Black LGBTQ+ musical artists in the Los Angeles music space. Held at the Peppermint Club, our lineup features an eclectic mix of genre-bending artists: live performances from Danni Cassette, NYALLAH, and Tolliver, and DJ sets from Sevyn and KIAH G hosted by Bri Giger. Join us for a live music experience preserving Black folks’ musical contributions. 21+

We Live in Painting: The Nature of Color in Mesoamerican Art
Mesoamerican artists held a cosmic responsibility: as they adorned the surfaces of buildings, clay vessels, textiles, bark-paper pages, and sculptures with color, they (quite literally) made the world.
