Legendary Bingo
This is Los Angeles’s most popular and longest-running weekly charity event. In April 1998, Legendary Bingo served up its first set of balls at Stonewall Gourmet Coffee in West Hollywood as a fundraising event for AIDS Project Los Angeles. A few months later, the evening began to benefit a different charity each week, and the event became a “standing room only” sensation. Legendary Bingo has raised over 8 million dollars for local and national charities and the arts.
MRS. DOUBTFIRE
Everyone’s favorite Scottish nanny is headed to Los Angeles in “a feel-good, family-friendly comedy that delivers” (The Hollywood Reporter). Based on the beloved film, it’s “the lovable, big-hearted musical comedy we need right now.” Tuesdays – Saturdays – 8:00 p.m. Saturday – 2:00 p.m. Sunday 1:00 p.m., 6:30 p.m.
Tiny Father
When a “friends with benefits” relationship unexpectedly results in the early arrival of a baby girl, Daniel must choose between being a biological parent or becoming a father. The new dad learns to navigate the protocols and frustrations of NICU life on his uncertain path to parenthood in this funny and heartfelt new play where growth is measured in more than grams. A Strange Loop
Hell-bent on breaking free of his self-perception, Usher, a young, gay, Black writer who hates his day job, writes a musical about a young, gay, Black writer who is writing a musical about a young, gay, Black writer…a strange loop. Usher grapples with desires, identity, and instincts he loves and loathes, all brought to life on stage by a hilarious, straight-talking ensemble. Tuesdays – Fridays, 8:00 p.m., Saturdays, 2:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m., Sundays, 1:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
