The Center for the Arts Eagle Rock Presents its Winter Youth Arts Camp and Embroidered Ornaments Workshop
The Center for the Arts Eagle Rock has announced its Winter Youth Arts Camp from December 19 to 23, 2022 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. for young people ages 6 to12. Tuition costs $375 for the camp and includes painting, sculpting, music, storytelling, textile arts, drawing, and performance. The Center is also offering a workshop on Embroidered Ornaments with Elly Dallas, on Tuesdays, December 6 and 13, 2022 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. The in-person workshop costs $100 and includes all materials. Groove: Artists and Intaglio Prints, 1500 to Now

This exhibition surveys over five hundred years of intaglio prints drawn from the extensive collections of the UCLA Grunwald Center for the Graphic Arts at the Hammer Museum. The intaglio medium comprises engravings, etchings, dry point, aquatint, and mezzotint, all of which involve the use of a copper or zinc plate that is incised, inked, and printed.
