When guided to Chinatown’s unique treasures and great bargains, visit a temple, an herbal shop, art galleries, antique stores, and more. The walking tour will take visitors to a number of off-the-beaten-track points of interest and will guide those interested in shopping to some of Chinatown’s best deals and its trendiest shops.
Bailamos in Canoga Park will showcase the participants of the dance workshop with performances from professional dancers as well. Canoga Park Youth Arts will be displaying dance inspired art work. A Canoga Park Library representative will also be in attendance with a booth to get the community members interested in their programs as well. Community Arts is held outside in Hermon Park most Saturdays. Join us in exploring the arts, from puppets to painting. Let’s keep each other healthy, please stay home if you feel unwell or have any potential Covid symptoms. If the weather is extreme due to high heat or rain, Community Arts will be canceled.
Experience the interior of Hollyhock House at your own pace with a self-guided tour. Docents are on hand to provide information and answer questions. Guidebooks are also available for visitors to use in the house. Tickets on sale now through January. Tickets for February will be released in December.
