DCA’s Marketing, Development, Design, and Digital Research Division publishes educational books, cultural guides, and exhibition catalogs documenting and curating LA contemporary art, public art, community arts, murals, architecture, cultural traditions, and historic preservation. Seminal to Los Angeles artistic, civic, creative, cultural, and intellectual history, a number of DCA’s most important publications since the inception of the agency in 1925 are being digitized and made available to the general public for review, research, and community education.
