COLA grantee Megan Geckler creates large-scale, site-specific installations using construction flagging tape, mathematical calculations, and color theory.
Megan Geckler received her BFA in 1998 from Tyler School of Art, Temple University and her MFA in 2001 from Claremont Graduate University. Her work has been exhibited in numerous solo exhibitions including the Wexner Center for the Arts, Utah Museum of Contemporary Art (UMOCA), Museum of Art and History (MOAH), Los Angeles International Airport, Pasadena Museum of Art, Torrance Art Museum, Los Angeles World Airports, Women & Their Work and the Vincent Price Museum among others.
